1. Booking & Payment

• Bookings are confirmed upon receiving a deposit (if applicable).
• The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot.

• Payment methods accepted will be communicated during booking.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund of any deposit.

• Sessions may be rescheduled due to emergencies, weather, or illness at no extra charge.

3. Session Terms

• Please arrive on time. Extra time may not be guaranteed for late arrivals.
• Any specific requests or must-have shots should be discussed in advance.

• Maitri Shah Photography reserves the right to end a session early in case of unsafe or inappropriate behavior.

4. Image Delivery

• Digital photos will be delivered via a private online gallery link within agreed upon business days during the booking phase.
• The number of edited images delivered will be agreed upon in advance.

• RAW (unedited) files are not provided unless explicitly agreed upon.

5. Copyright & Usage

• Copyright of all images remains with Maitri Shah Photography.
• Clients receive personal-use rights (e.g., printing, sharing with family/friends).
• Commercial or editorial use of images requires written permission.

• With client consent, Maitri Shah Photography may use select images for promotional use (website, portfolio, social media).

6. Client Responsibility

• It is the client’s responsibility to back up and download their gallery before the expiration date.

• Maitri Shah Photography is not responsible for lost galleries after this period.

7. Liability

• We take every reasonable precaution to ensure a smooth experience. However, in the unlikely event of technical issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to the amount paid for the session.

8. Website Use

• By using our website, you agree not to misuse the content or attempt to access secure areas without authorization.
• All website content is the intellectual property of Maitri Shah Photography.

9. Copyright & Image Usage Policy

• All photographs displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Maitri Shah Photography and are protected under international copyright laws.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, downloading, sharing, or distribution of any images from this website — including but not limited to use on personal websites, commercial projects, social media, or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of copyright law.
• Images may only be used by clients who have received explicit written permission or a license agreement from Maitri Shah Photography.
• We actively monitor misuse and will pursue legal action, including financial penalties, against any individual or entity found using copyrighted images without consent.

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services implies agreement to the current version.
